Cancelling or returning your order
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Order not shipped yet (including pre-orders)
If you have an account, go to My Account → Orders and use the “Cancel” button next to your order. Checked out as a guest, or no button showing? Use the form below instead.
Order already shipped
Fill in the form below with your order number and the items concerned. Your withdrawal is registered the moment your message reaches us — you’ll receive an automatic confirmation by email straight away, and our Customer Support team will follow up with the return address and instructions within 5 business days.
Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered — in that case we cover it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
